OAKLAND SEALS NNOB #23 Green Russell Athletic Knit size 48 1967-68 Originally I thought the original Number was damaged and replaced with #3, because of repairs around the number from damages and then changed to the #3. But with the help of Rich Ellis and my new eyes we do not think the 3 was replaced. However, NHL records show no one wearing 23 that season, but that’s because they didn’t change the printed score cards and before the games, they announced that someone was now wearing #23 that night because it does show game use. So, there is a program out there with that information in it somewhere. $25k
